Step 1 – Start Your Journey from Tivat Airport
After leaving Tivat Airport, turn left onto the Jadranska Magistrala (E65/E80).
- Drive 7.2 km toward the village of Lepetane.
- The road follows the coastline with views of the bay and nearby villages.
- Continue straight until you reach the ferry terminal.
This part of the drive typically takes 10–15 minutes depending on traffic.
Step 2 – Cross the Bay of Kotor by Ferry
At Lepetane, board the Lepetane–Kamenari Ferry, which connects the two sides of the bay.

- Kumbor
- Zelenika
- Meljine
At the Meljine roundabout, take the second exit to stay on the main road toward Herceg Novi and Igalo.
Step 4 – Watch for the Njivice Turn
Continue driving 6.7 km through Herceg Novi and Igalo.
A useful landmark is the HDL Novi Mall on your right.
Just opposite the mall, look to your left for the sign pointing toward Njivice.
Step 5 – Leave the Jadranska Magistrala and Turn Toward Njivice
Turn left onto Vojvode Luke Vukalovića Street, which leads directly toward Njivice.
- Drive 2.3 km on this wide road.
- Pass the Holiday Lounge Bar on your right.
- Shortly after, you will see a Njivice village sign.
Turn left onto a narrower village road that descends toward the sea.
Step 6 – Enter Njivice and Arrive at Villa Boka Sunrise Apartments
Drive about 750 meters along the village road.
You will soon reach Villa Boka Sunrise Apartments.
Because the road is narrow, drive carefully and watch for oncoming vehicles.
If you accidentally pass the villa:
- Continue 100 meters further
- The road ends at the entrance gate of Iberostar Herceg Novi
